1/11/22 Took Rylee to the vet for his checkup and second round of shots. He did great and we are relieved to be one step closer to be able to walk him around campgrounds!! Made a Costco run, washed and filled up the the truck, and dropped our bikes off at the bike repair shop in Fountain Hills. Such a difference in gas prices!! In CA at Costco, we got 38.2 gallons of gas for $185.00, here we got 29 gallons for $95.00...SO NICE to not be spending such a crazy amount to fill our tank!! We love spending time with our family and friends in CA, but it definitely is a budget breaker with all the driving we do when compared to most other states!

1/12/22 Started the day organizing the trailer a bit, and then headed to the eye doctor. We then went to Bret and Karens and had a wonderful visit in their backyard, enjoying the amazing weather! Came home, Brian dumped the tanks, and I made some calls to make appts for the trailer.

1/13/22 Today we finished making our appts ...trailer wash, tanks flushed, rv repairs, dog groomers and vet appts (Rylees shots and Kloees bloodwork). We worked on a couple simple repairs and went grocery shopping. The wild horses strolled by which is always cool! The awnings and slide topper are fixed 🙂

Rylee is 12 weeks old today. He is doing amazing! He is so smart and so good!! He will sit, lie down, settle, leave it and drop it. His potty training is going well too! The girls have their moments with him, but overall he has been a wonderful addition to the family!!

Carol seems to be doing well with the Covid. Here cough is improving, and we are looking forward to finally seeing them next week!

1/14/22 We had a productive day today and hope to have a couple more this weekend!! Got the RV washed today and it looks beautiful!! We got our bikes back from the bike shop today too!! They look and sound so much better!! Lastly we made some beef stew in the Foodi and brought it over to Bret and Karens and had a nice visit with them.

1/15-1/16/22 We hung out at home for a couple days. Did laundry, worked on some miscelaneous repairs (seals, adjustments etc) and did some organizing and dumping of things we dont use or need (always a good feeling!). Weather has been beautiful and dogs have been loving being able to hang out outside in the sun.

1/17/22 Today we had some repairs done on the trailer by Joe at ASAP Mobile RV Service. He will have to come back because of parts and warranty approval, but had him take care of some minor issues that we have had no luck with. Apparently we need a new grey tank and insulation replacement, water heater thermastat, anderson valve and water pump. Hopefully warranty comes through for us!! He was awesome!! Highly recommend!

1/18/22 Today we took out Brians stitches from the dermatologist...always fun!! We then took the girls to the groomers and went to Bret and Karens for dinner. Hoping to be able to get exercise back in our routine very soon...we miss it!! With so much to do all the time with appts when in CA and AZ (and now Mr. Rylee to boot), we have struggled to get out and move. Only 3 more weeks til his last shots and we can start walking him around!! Cant wait!!

1/19/22 We continued to work on organizing, small repairs and getting our ducks in a row today. At 6:00pm, we went with Bret and Karen to the Chihully exhibit at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens. It was beautiful!!

1/20 & 1/21/22 Continued to work on the trailer, preparing for travel and cleaning out more uneccesary things. Picked up a part at Little Dealer, got the vacume serviced at dyson, stocked up at Costco, and got the truck washed. Visited with brians parents both evenings and had nice visits!

1/22/22 Today Brian worked on our satellite dishes, sanitizing the fresh water tank while I went to Safeway for the last needed groceries for Quartzsite. We then went over to Brian and Karens for dinner with them and Gene and Carol. We had delicious bbq burgers and had a wonderful visit as always.

1/23/22 Last day to get things done. Finished sanitizing, did laundry, paperwork, cleaned up, put things away and are just about ready to hit the road tomorrow for the quartzsite rv show! Visited Gene and Carol for one last time before we head out tomorrow.
